What can we do

We have a 20 year old son, who can't find a job and has lost jobs because he failed drug test,he's not in trouble with the law, and we can't seem to get through to him, is there any shelters that take people in and help them get a job and get on there own.

Well first of all he is not going to get a job if he is failing his drug test. He is 20 years old and is not showing any responiably. You can want him to work and get on his own two feet but it a never happen until he gets help getting off drugs. He would need a rehab to get off drugs,shelters are not going to provide for anyone that is on drugs. If he thinks he can live off someone parents family friends ect, he will never make it on his own.
