Should i be getting child support?

I am married but have a child by another ... My husband is on my childs birth certificate and is legaly his... Should or could i still get child support from the childs biological father without my husband giving up his parental rights?

Nope. If the child was born in wedlock (to your husband) then he is the father until an establishment of paternity through the courts shows otherwise. The only person who will be paying support for that child until then is your husband if you separate. Though if he is not the father...you should really establish who is...for the sake of the child. Unless it is unsafe of course.
