Child Support

My son makes $182.00 per week and pays $195.00 per week in support. We are paying his rent so he still has a home. How can the state of ME do this and what can he do?

The only other thing I can think of is if they filed the order w/the assumption he was purposely working for less than he should....like taking a less paying job because he didn't want to pay that much. Or .... he didn't file a response and they went off age and the preumptive amount a person that age would/should make.
