You are at fault for signing the papers without reading them. You should of ask to take the papers and had an attorney look at them. However that does not mean what you signed is binding for long term. Are you sure you did not sign over your rights? Are you paying any child support, if you are not that could be because you did sign over your rights,other wise if you are paying child support then you probarly did not sign your rights away. You should have a copy of what you signed and if not you should be able to get it though the court. You would also have a divorce degree and if not then again you need to ask the court for information on if you were infact divorced though the court, the lawyer would of had to file for divorce though the court even if you did sign something. That would worry me because the only way she could get a divorce without your being served is because you signed consent to allow her to do so.
