Can i be refused a paternity test for a child that i have been supporting for 14 years

I have been told that i cannot have a dna test for a child that i have been supporting for 14 years and the mother has written me a letter telling me that i am not the father .What are the laws pertaining to this i want a dna test but the mother refuses

You can have a parently test any time you want. Just get a court order then she has to abide by that order. Why did you wait so long? She will take the support as long as she can. If you are the father I would motion the court for joint custody. That way you can have a say in the childs upbringing.
