Can anyone tell me the names of some good modeling agencies?

Im tired of free lancing. I'm defaintly ready for something more stable, so I've decided to get an agency. The problem is when I google this all the results are usually a bunch of scams or a bunch of online agencies that cost hundreds of dollars and most likley produce no results. Does any one know of an agency thats reliable?

And of course Wilhelmina (Wilhelmina was one of the first super models who worked for the Ford Agency before starting her own agency in 1967.
