How do i treat pimples.

I have pimples on my face and they are giving me so much worry cos its not been long i started noticing them.are there any recomended treatment;say cream or anything.thanks

What I alway uses is something called Retna A, what it does is it dryes the pimple out, and when it does that, the pimple begins to disappear, trust me it really works!
