Share Parental Rights

I'm the Father of a one year Son, during this time the Mother has been neglectful to the Caring, Health and Welfare of the child. Medical records are available to establish concerns. I'm considered a responsible Father, I pick the child almost every week, and disturbs me to see him sick frequently. We are not married, and I am interested in having the Local Circuit Court to recognize and establish a court mandate in form of Share Parental Rights between both parties. For the best interest and Welfare of the Child.

Sincerely,

Anthony L. Rivera

Well first things first if u think that there is abuse or child endangerment involved then it is wise to go thru the courts because u cant really do anything. And if u r really thinkin about the childs safety then take him out of the situation as fast as possible.
