Should we ask a new employee to pay for cokes
We usually keep just enough cokes and water in our refrigerator in the frig but we also buy them for our clients. We have a real estate company. We are trying out a new employee and he is young....should we ask him to contribute to the fund or should we allow him to have drinks free? What if he drank 5 cokes per day, this could get expensive.
