Security Agreement for Tangible Personal Porperty
If you have an agreement that both parties have signed but the Borrower has disappeared. The Borrower owes alot of money to the Lender. When you have no money to hire investigators and search websites for people finders, what direction can you take? Which Uniform Commercial Code for the State of Florida do I use to exercise my lender rights to retrieve the money? Can you help?
