Under The table Renting Problems
Me and my friend were kicked out of this place we were renting.
I myself was kicked out early(4 days) while still on rent, my friend was in dept $300(1 month). It was the beginning of winter, We were force to live on the streets due to this and they have withheld 90% of our belongings which total around $3400 in value some priceless family heirlooms. Also they are holding the property of someone completely uninvolved. They did not inform their landlord or the government that they were receiving money from us. When we returned to claim our belongings including the very clothes we need to survive, we were physically threatened and verbally forced out of the house. We are now forced or being threatened
with police action to replace stolen property that we had no involvement
with.
