How do I say "no"?

Twice this week I've found myself in situations where I haven't had the courage to say "No." The first time was with my friend Christopherr, who is a complete man whore. I could tell he wanted to hook up with me, and I let him, despite the fact that I didn't want to at all. The second time was last night with my friend Anthony. He was all over me and touching me in ways that I definetly did not like, but again, I was too nervous to say just say, "No." I don't want this to happen again. Please help!

You are right it is wrong. There could be alot of reasons why you can't say no. You may be insercure and feel that by saying no that they may not want to come around. You want a friend not a lover, and what their doing is wrong, although they probary just don't care. It is not you it is just that they are wanting one thing and they don't care who where or when. That is not the type of people that you need to be around. You need to stay away from them and you need to talk to someone that you do trust. a family member your mom ect. You might even need some counciling, but what I do know is that your trying to reach out to someone to help you. You need to work on your self esteem and you need to know that you are a person with feeligs and you deserve only the best. You can have that just seek some counciling, don't put yourself though this. It may be hard but you can do it.
