How do I become the consevetor for my mother in law?
My sister in law and I currently have the POA for her mother and father due to an two siblings more than questionable behavior regarding monies she was to inherit resulting in her receiving nothing and they new vehicles. We are now conserned that a distant relative has left her additional money and as she has deteriorated with stage 3 Alzheimers he will once again try to take her and what little she has. Is the POA enough or would it be wise for us to become her conservetor and/or guardian?
