Hi,
the truth is that there is no clear cut solution to this problem as the cause for the breakout is key to understanding the treatment. My advice is though that you get a check up with the doctor and ask for a stool test at a lab just to find out if it is being caused by something you may be eating that is contributing to or aggravating the skin breakouts. I suffered from this problem for some time and these are two products I must say truly helped:
1. Proactiv Solution (you can google this and find out the best online outlet for you to order your products
2. Tend Skin (R) - this is made in the USA and is mainly meant for razor burns and ingrown hairs. But I can swear by its effectiveness in zapping a spot. Make sure you clean the area around the spot, dab some of the solution onto a small ball of cotton and apply immediately on the spot. Do this 2-3 times during the day. 90% of the time, the zit will disappear.
3. Drink plenty of fresh water 2 litres a day or more. Change your diet to eating more greens and also a glass of milk (skimmed is better). Try and avoid oily and fatty foods. It is a myth that chocolate causes zits... it does not so enjoy that in moderate amounts.
4. Always, always wash your face when you come back indoors. Use a gentle facewash with anti-bacterial properties... Clearasil is not bad for this and made for different skin types.
Good luck.
