Can i get visitation rights to see my neice an nephew?

My sister pasted 5 years ago an her children father has them an he refuse to let me see them so i wonder is there visitations rights for that issue.

Although there is nothing set in stone about aunts/uncles rights to visitation, all cases are different. If you had a close, strong bond with your nieces/nephews before your sisters passing the courts will greatly take that into consideration. You will still need to file the necessary papers with the courts and if the father is fighting you , you might want to obtain a lawyer for the proceedings
