Thanks to all of you who responded to my question about my Yorkie. He has been to the vet and the vet said as old as he is it wouldn't hurt him now. I know i probably should put him down but he seems so content and we are crazy over each other and I just don't want to have to make that kind of decision. I had a cat that was 20 yrs old and had cancer of the mouth. The vet said he would starve in a few days so I knew I had to put him down but my little dog just seems really content. I make one aspirin last a few days in a syringe and give him a squirt every other day and he doesn't seem to be in pain. I just keep praying that I will know in my heart when it's time. Thank you all though!
