What to do if circuits keep popping?

My circuits seem to pop for no reason now. They use to pop when I had two electric heaters running at the same time.

It is very possible that the outlets have been degraded to such a point that they are no longer safe and should be changed or the wiring has gotten so hot that it may have melted to form a constant short circuit, also after heating up and cooling off for so long the wiring to the panel or outlets may have loosened to the point that there is to much resistance between the wire and it's connection to hold.
