Pull your lease up or out. See what it gives you. Oh you don't have a copy? Go to the newest tenant there. See if they will allow you to look at the one they have. Your lease has to give you the broadest amount of leway as you don't have a lease. It they have one and it says two cars and they are in the same size unit as you then you are entitled to what they are. If thiers says one car no worries cause they are new. You are still covered either by your lease or the most liberal of the leases that are current.

Also not if you have a single BR unit and they have a 3 then you can't argue your are the same as they are. So consider all things fist to make sure you are as fair as you want them to be. The law makes sure it works (in theory) both ways.
