Unemployment benefits

Can I be liable to repay unemployment benefits; after I have been
received them for 6 months on state approval and not contested by
the job until after the 6 months and my getting another job

I know there is a period in which your former employer has to contest you getting unemployment benefits. After that time, they are unable to do anything about it. I also live in Colorado, so I don't know what applies to where you live.

Did you receive a letter from the Unemployment department that your former employer was contesting it?
