The court papers says if the father wants to see the boys it is up to them if they want to or not. thier father abused them when he was living at home, and since he has left he has not in anyway tried to see or call them, no gifts at christmas, birthdays. the only thing he does is instant messages me on my cell with name calling and letting his girlfriend harrass me. the twins are scared of him getting them. Child giving right for visitation with dad
My x husband says he is getting me for contempt of court. because I have not allowed him to see the twin boys. one he has never asked in 3years and never called them, not sent a gift. The Judge said it was the
boys right to see thier father or not. They do not want to see him as he abused them when he was living with us. please can I be held in contempt. Thank You
