Can I get a divorce in WI if my husband refuses to sign papers?

My husband has been incarcerated for four years. I filed for divorce through the court on my own without a lawyer. He has already been served papers and I have already attended the temporary hearing. The court commisioner informed me that once my husband signed the remaining papers and I filed them with the court I would then be givin my final court date, however my husband refuses to sign and I cannot afford an attorney. Can I get a divorce without his signature? Please help! Every year my taxes are taken for his back child support and I dont want to wait another year. I just want this nightmare over!!!!!!

There has to be someway to do this. If you talked to a divorce attorney they should be able to help.
