Can you go to jail or juvenile detention for a jointof marijuana
I have a daughter doing federal time on account of her children 's father. I went to visit her this weekend and took my grand children and my 16 year old son. We got processed in and searched. When they got to him and his wallet, they found marijuana in it. It was only enough to roll a joint if that. All this with him smoking is new to me, so I was just as shocked as the officers were. So I would like to know if anything, what will happen to him,and if nothing where can I find some type of scared straight program to enroll him in to keep him from going down the wrong path
