How would a person go about filing suit against an attorney who misrepresented them in a divorce case?

Every state has an ''ethics'' committee to monitor the elusive lawyer gone bad. Write a letter to them about your misrepresentation. Under law sh or he must respond. Lawyers do not like being in the spotlight when it comes to their so called''ethics''. I did it...The lawyer was threatened with suspension if she did not appear with me...I did win!
