How can i stop my daughter from draging me into court for visitation of her daughter when her chikd does not want to go
I need to find a lawyer for my granddaughter to help protect her rights. my daughter is bioplar/personailty disorder adn had a car accident in 2006. her dasughter has not lived with since 8/2005.
my dasugther has history of ovderdosing and not being compliance. 2005 she crashed and burned, started self abusing by cutting and burning herself with cigarettes. she had met a guy while she was in a facility for mentaql/disabled peoples and moved in together and is pararoid schiz drug induced, in July he cut my daughter's throat and she wants no contact order dropped so she can write him.
Can i as my granddaughter's guardian request the courts to have her medical hisory disclosed to me I know it's mental but I need to do something. tyhe courts sare treating this as if we are in a divorce dispute as visitation. every sunday after chruch til 5pm and every wednesday after school til 8pm. just becasue she is 13 she doesn't have any rights. i want my graddaugther safe and be able to have as a normal life as her mom had--HELLLLLLP PLEASW
