I bleive every State has grandparent rights. I myself am a grandparent, and believe that as such we are a great influence on our grandchildrent. If anyone of my children or inlaws denied me those moments I would move to the court for recourse. I am a positive influence and my grandchildren love spending time with me. I love seeing my grandchildren mature into responsible young people. Anyhow I would go to family court of my jurisdiction and seek a petition to have my grandparental rights ordered. Of course, there may instances where grandparents would not get visitation and those would be when not in the best interest of the children.
