I know that when children services are involved a child can not share a room with a sibling of the opposite sex after the age of 12. But as for a law against children sleeping with their parents, I don't think there is one on that. I suppose you could call your local Children Services Agency and ask them.

What age does a male child require his own room
I have a 9 yr. old grandson who sleeps with his mother and dad at home. My step-daughter is visiting tonight with their 16 yr.old daughter and grandson and I want to inform her that I want him to sleep in the grandson's room. I need some type of information/law to reinforce my statement
