Can I be liable to repay unemployment benefits; after I have been
received them for 6 months on state approval and not contested by
the job until after the 6 months and my getting another job

There was never any mail stating that the former employer was contesting; Benefits did their
investigating and approval was made; I received the full 6 months of benefits that is allowed by
the state of Ill.
