Freeway slippery road accident ticket

Hi,

I am seeking help against a ticket I strongly felt wrong and unjustice.
It was a heavy snowing day and I had to drive from Finlay, OH to Detroit, MI.
On the way, my car slip and I sked down the median of the freeway bumped into
a guardrail. The police officer was just down the freeway.
Know that the weather is bad and he had written tickets for everyone
that went down the freeway. The police officer asked me how fast I was
driving and I told him truthfully at ~30MPH and he put 40MPH on the ticket.
What is really rediculous is he state on the ticket
"Unable to stop w/assured clear distance"

How can you stop if you are out of control with the vechicle and sliding
down the median.

Please contact me if a lawyer can fight against this ticket.
