Parenity and custody of child out of wedlock

I live in kentucky and a girl has arrived at my doorstep and proclaimed me to be the father of her child in an affair that occured one night years ago. The child in question is almost 3 now. We did a private paternity test and it proved that i was the father. The complex part of this is, another guy signed the birth certificate and the child even has his last name, it wasnt until he was proven not to be, and three other guys, that she sought me out. THe child still goes with him and his parents every other weekend. She is not taking care of the child, nor does it even live with her, the child lives with her parents. She does not live there because of domestic problems with her father in which the police have been involved. They all live in goverment housing and recieve goverment assistant. And i am almost certaint that she could not pass a drug test. She is wanting me to support her and claiming to go the state office and file for the max amount of child support if i do not give her money for child that does not live with her, her mother has pleeded with me to not give her money. Could i obtain full custody of the child since she is my daughter and not living with the biological mother? Dont I have more rights than the grandmother since i am the father? I have a home and a stable job, I am married and have other children. I do not know what to do. Could i prove her unfit?

She was not married to the guy that signed the birth certificate. She is not married at all. However the other guys parents still take the child every other weekend, after all she was their grand daughter for almost 3 years.
