I am not getting the question in this, but if you are asking us (as your title implies) There is nothing we can do for you other than give you some advice, and my advice would be to talk to the chief of staff at Duke, or there complaint office, all hospitals have one, they will try to resolve your issues as quickly and efficently as possible, they don't want a law suit. Also, your mothers insurance company should have nurses that you can talk to about this, and they may want your mother to begin being treated elswhere. Good Luck
