Thinking

What do deaf people "hear" when they think? I would guess that if they went deaf in their life they would hear words, but what if they are born totally deaf. What is it like when they think? Do they "see" written words, or hand signs? On the same note, what do blind people see when they dream? People born blind. Is it black/grey when they dream or does their imagination take over and make up stuff?
The human brain is capable of so much and I'm curious as to how it compensates for a major sence missing.

I think that blind people would hear there their thoughts, since they have no concept of vision.

and that deaf people would see their thoughts, like words on a tv, since they have no concept of noise and voices.
