Domestic Partner

Live in Arizona and living with same person for 14years, can we register somehow with the state so i can add him onto my insurance?

In most cases you would have to be married. I think they are no trying to redifine the rules for same sex couples in states where they can not get married but I don't know if that also applies to hetro couples.
