Take it to a liberary. Many of them have the ability to re-bind a book (or know who can). For most books it's just a lot of glue, and maybe some sewing. Better to ask the experts though, so take it to the local library and ask (i know a lot of them that can re-bind books, even grade-school libraries can do this).
