I dont think its against the law ....fancy dinning places have violinists ,others have dinner theater ,my husband and i DJ at a resturant tavern .... I really dont think you have anything to worry about ...
Yeah i agree with meandmusic. She is right. I don't think you have anything to worry about unless you don't like it, you don't have to allow it. Unless it's doing no one any harm don't worry about it. The person is just having fun playing for entertainment in seeing other's people's joy.
