My car reads reverse when its in park and wont start when i put it in neutral it reads drive what can i do?

I have honda civic 1994 and in the car smell eggs past date and the ouside of the car under the wheel right the smell came from there

I changed out my universals and it still shakes. Shakes the steering wheel and everything. When I disengage the 4x4 , it stops shaking.

When im sitting at a stop light/sign the rpms go up and down and the car jerks a little like its trying to accelerate on its own.. and it jerks when i let off the brake and start accelerating through the intersection....

Headlights won't stay off after car has not shut off. they blink on and off.

There are two plugs on the pasenger side of the engine compartment I grounded the wrong one and killed the engine and it wont start
