Have you taken the fuel line off , and checked to see if fuel is being pumped up to the carb, when you turn the key fuel shold come out , if not , its a fuel pump bad, check filter 1st then do this, could be fuel line stopped up or squeezed togather also!

I got the year wrong, it is a 1994 Cutlass ciera s with 3100 v6 fuel injected, cannot hear the fuel pump coming on, I switched out relays and still nothing ,I checked to see If I was getting power at the fuel pump connector. The test light lit up very dim?
