It could be ball joint or tie rod end. If asking how to set to get some what close! Jack it up spin each tire and hold screw driver steadily against tire tread. Ya want a nice line even line all way around tire. will scratch a clean spot. set vehicle back down and bounce it a couple of times to settle suspension. then mesure the line front and back of the tire the closer to middle the better. 1/8 inch to in on the front of tire will be close.
