Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 95 Buick Century?

It is attached to a steering column, maybe under the column looks like a aluminium cylinder, it costs around $5.
there is another one just like it for hazard lights, it is also located near steering column, but not clamped to it like turn blinker is.
