The wiring harness is the same on both engines,if it is a 1.6 vtec, you will have to swap the pcm or the computer, its under the carpet on the passenger side right in front of the front seat, and you will need to swap the left front motor mount the bolt holes where it bolts up to the engine in a different configuration. And last but not least if the new motor does not come with a distributor you will need another one the 1.5 wont bolt up to the 1.6 head.
That engine will bolt up to your CX with no problem. All the mounting points are the same for both motors so that covers your bolt up question. Now, the wire harness is a plus if it's included with the swap. BUT! You will also need the ECU from the seller because that is the "brain" for that engine. The current CX ECU on your car wouldn't know how to properly run the swapped EX motor, so ask if the new ECU is included. Once you've bolted up the engine and installed the new wire harness, you're all set.
