1997 cadillac deville

I replace the water pump two months ago. now my car still is back running hot

Might be a thermostat, Check to make sure fans are working properly. Cooling system might need flushed also. Those Cadys if i remember right were know for head gaskets going bad. Which might just leak enough to let air into system and cause to heat up.
