1997 Dodge Intrepid 3.3 liter
Couple of months ago, check engine light came on. Mechanic said Cam Position Sensor. Replaced it. Now, sporadically, check engine light comes on and the car won't start. Sounds like normal start but doesn't take. After a few tries, it starts, check engine light goes off after 3 or 4 starts. Mechanic says if it were the cam position sensor again, the light would not go off. Found cracked wire in harness and replaced that. Still same problem.
