2.7dohc v6 sebring backpressure in crankcase

Car got hot replaced both heads and 1 piston with rings, started motor and oil blows back through dipstick tube and blew off filler cap, what causes back pressure? car startes but won't idle or stay runing. what to do next?

Bad piston rings let compression leak by the rings into the crank case building up pressure
