2000 Cadillac STS with 50K miles won't start.

Battery is fine, and no clicking sound from solenoid. Did it twice before in last 2 months but clicking was there and a jump started it. Battery is original and everything works, windows, seat, lights, air lift, etc.

Any suggestions and thanks, LR Todd

Do you think your starter is out , or the computer, ive had them start a time or two with jumping , then both have been bad, or your battery cables may need cleaning, to get contact,

Thanks Freshet, I think your right. I was going to replace the starter myself, $179, exchange at NAPA until the guy told me "the starter is in the valley, and you'll have to take off the exaust manifold first. That was enough said for me. It's in the shop now, I'll let you know the solution.
