2000 Jeep Laredo

Husband purchased a 200 Jeep Laredo, he had gave to me,(it's in his name)he got mad at me one day and took it back. Is this a breech of promise?

He can take it back . its in his name . iam so sorry to tell you its just not poosible to get this back . with it in his name. wish it were. a judge will rule against you in court. try another way to get it back.

Divorce him and try to get it in the settlement if you both work your money helped pay for it ==it is really depends on your state laws and if children are involved == he seems a bit petty and controlling to me
