When i get to 45 mph and higher the cars starts to vibrate. you can hear it from the rear of the car. it sounds like something is on one of the tires. the tires appear to be wearing normally. could my tires need to be rebalanced or is this something else?

A tire may look fine, but the inside belt of tire could be broke. So I would say u probably need new tire cuz I hate driving behind people only going 45 mph. lol

You could have a broke belt in the tire or the tire could have flat places on it from being run out of balance that and untraind eye would over look
