2001 lexus gs300 cd changer

The CD changer for my 2001 LEXUS GS 300 is stuck and will not come out. How do I remove it from the glove compartment? Remember this year had the 6 disc changer mounted in the glove compartment.

When you try to remove the 6 disc cd changer from the glove department it will make a humming noise,but will not come out. Maybe one of the disc are not inserted correctly? I was reading on a web site and it says the disc are to be inserted label side down in the changer box. HELP..
