2003 Hyundai Elantra GT - suspension-rough

Question: My car is riding rough (still) I had my tires balanced on the front (these are fairly new) and new tires and struts put on the back. They also aligned it. This was done by the dealer. I got my car back from the repair shop and drove home which is on Interstate hwy approx. 20 miles. It rides better -"softer" and even though I am not having the same problem, (shaky at higher speeds, rough, hard ride) I am concerned that something still isn't right. It seems my car is very bouncy on normal roads (bucking motion would describe it) and it just isn't a smooth ride. Surely this isn't normal. What could be the problem? Should I return to the dealer and have them check out? I'm concerned this "bucking" motion is going to eat up my new tires.

The Hyundai Elantra GT , is not supposed to buck like this , there is some thing else wrong, have them check , all under carriage, and see what the problem is, bucking up and down will hurt alot of things
