2004 Sebring heater fan only works on high

The motor does not work at all on the 3 lower speeds.

You have a bad fan switch , replace it , it:s most likly a dealer item or maybe you can find one at
a used car parts

You really would have to make a diagnosis of the heater electrical circuit. A bad fan selector switch is one possibilty and another is the blower motor resistor unit. We have changed far more blower resistor units at our shop than fan speed selector switches. So with two units as a possibility an electrical diagnosis is a must do before you rush out and purchase parts that may not be needed.
