Changed fluid and filter won't shift into 2nd or 3rd gear

Do you have any codes? What did the fluid look like before you changed it? was it burnt? it sounds like you are in need of a rebuild, if you have first no 2nd and no 3rd, im assuming you have 4th gear and reverse? If thats the case you need a new transmission.
