When I come to a complete stop and take off it feels like the brake releases. another words feels like the brakes are locked momentary
I feel it sometimes in the rear brakes sometimes front I'm stomped!

A lot of times it's from the caliper guide pins not having brake grease applied to them to allow gliding and releasing the brake. It could also be related to the ABS system.
